Trademark Domain issue

What are my rights please?
These are ligit people and no scam.
I registered this domain 7 months ago an dstill own it.
Reg thru GoDaddy.

Im contacting you regarding www......com, this domain was registered last year by one of our oppositions, while going through all the legal processing with them, they cancelled the domain and then it got registered by you.
............... is a trademark name.
Or should we get our lawyers to contact you regarding this?

Here is some more ,I replied that I felt his email was a threat. He is from South Africa.
I reg this Domain in dec last year and now they are contacting me.
I have the domain parked with sedo.com and is for sale.

It was no scare, I’m only the web guy and was asked to send the mail and try to sort this out.

Last year we were instructed that our lawyers should sort something like this, so I didn’t try scare you, I was asking you if you want them to rather handle this, and just me, we is only doing the Hosting and domains. ........... is a game lodge in the Kruger Park, and they trademarked the name.
Your lawyers are more than welcome to contact us, then we can sort this out professionally.

We are reasonable, and that’s why we tried to do this directly.
We will be launching a dispute regarding this domain. This got triggered when you tried to sell it and post it on my clients Facebook page where all his clients can see it. That’s not professional at all.
There are policies in place to prevent someone from taking your domain name and cell it back again, you can check that with your lawyers and with SEDO, especially if it is a trademark name.
This is not the first domain that we need to retrieve, and as professional as we are, we did our homework regarding domain registrations, and there is laws against things such as cyber-squatting and cyber-piracy. The information for that can be found on the ICANN website.
We are busy drafting the documents stating that you purely registered the domain for celling purposes. This documents, including your last mail will be send to ICANN and SEDO, and then they can advise both of us on what will happen.

I just spoke to Sedo, and they provided me with following link. https://sedo-int1.custhelp.com/app/a...6/kw/trademark
They state in their policy that it’s the registers duty to check a domain, since they can’t check all the 1000nds of domains listed.
I am a nice guy, and only doing my job and as instructed by my client. So even if we did do work together, you can be sure of one thing, I’m good at what I’m doing. The domain was supposed to be registered till this time this year, since it was owned by an opposition lodge in the same park. They cancel it early without our knowledge.
I removed your post from facebook, but a screen print has been made, the next mail that you will receive will be the one going to Sedo legal.
I’m not going to battle with you, that’s why we pay lawyers and that’s why Sedo make provision for cases like this.

What your contract says, namely about registering and/or using domains matching trademarks.

There are arguably legitimate uses, depending on one's situation. If you do have a lawyer who especially handles these things, let him/her deal with it.
