    Question Trademark Question

Last year, someone offered to buy one of my domain names. When I rejected his offer, he said he was working on a trademark for that name, so I was better off selling it to him. I still declined, but I've had that in the back of my mind.

Can I lose the domain name if he goes through with it, even if I had it first?

Any info will be greatly appreciated!

The Picoliter case should help you out: http://www.arbforum.com/domains/decisions/122205.htm

The complainant was found to have engaged in reverse domain name hijacking for bringing the UDRP complaint when the registrant had prior rights to the name.

    Talking Thank You!

I feel much better- I was wondering if this guy could really pop up again later and cause me grief.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond...
