Seriously, though, this kind of thing happens often. Someone intending to register a logo or particular phrase will send in an entire product label as the drawing of the mark, intending it to be a specimen of how the mark is used. Then they find out that they can't substantially amend the drawing, so they end up with the entire label as the registered "mark".

| No, they are all disclaimed. He's attempting to register the map as a mark, which indicates he doesn't know the difference between a trademark and a copyright.
