i already included in email where it says 'tess details' , edited out, i listed his exact tm and classes as listed over at http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?...ate=o26cuq.1.1
so im clear what classes he's in and he knows that too. i've heard nothing back yet
also his logo style and colours is completely different from mine
