I had done a search for terms with overture count containg Car Loan when I saw that USBANKCARLOAN.COM was available. I registered it.

What are my choices ?

If you are going to give it to them I would tell their lawyer to only communicate with you through certified mail. This way incase it is someone phishing for your name this may deter them. Once you get something from their attorney hand it over for sure.
