I think your statement is emotionally charged under the circumstances. Unless supported with statistical data proving otherwise.

They used an intellectual proerty attorney but they did not use one that specializes in UDRP disputes. It looks like they screwed it up as the respondent's supplemental response was not accepted.

Oversight? Testing?

If Elequa indeed filed suit, he'd better follow through if he really wants to get
that domain name back.

It is mentioned in the UDRP that suit had been filed in US Federal Court even before the UDRP decision.

Elequa has one of the (if not the) largest collections of short domains. If he does not want companies lining up to take them away from him he had better stomp on this hard.

This could be the defining battle, folks.
