Country: | UDRP - Multiple extensions Any cases where the complainant failed to get another extension when they already had a .com? For instance, they have the example.com but try to get the example.net or example.org... and they lost.

DNF$: 100 Location: Washington state | That would remove all basis for other extensions. The well-worn example is apple. The Beatles have a trademark on it as a record label. Later the computer company trademarked it for their products . Neither can bother the fruit growers.
