    UDRP - owner notification

Are there decisions that discuss a situation where the complainant filed a UDRP without contacting the domain owner first?

From my understanding, the complainant does not contact the owner; the due process (URDP) does.

They do not contact you most of the time prior to filing....
I'm buying credit, banking, loan, insurance related generics in .com, .net, .org with high search volumes/traffic. Will consider typos too! - PLEASE PM with name, info, & asking price!

Right, they do not have to but i think thgre was a case where it was frowned upon by the panel. Possibly some sort of affiliate or other similar issue was involved but i can't remember.
