And I wonder how on earth anyone can make such ludicrous claims as Complainant contends that the substitution of the words “myfriends” with “nextdoor” does not substantially alter its mark. There should be a "stupidity penalty" -- preferably in terms of a hefty cash fine -- for statements like that.
