| Philadelphia Lawyer | Unusual Cut and Paste Job In A UDRP Decision Most of the lawyers here have pointed out at one time or another that UDRP decisions do not generally include the entirety of arguments or facts that were in the pleadings. I just received an unusual decision that, with some minor points left out and some editing here and there, essentially copied and pasted the complaint, response, and supplemental filings into the decision: http://domains.adrforum.com/domains/...ns/1251581.htm So, that is a much better idea of what Pedro the Midget is up to when he writes my UDRP responses.
