Are domains such as: viagrasource.com, viagralove.com, buyviagra.com etc illegal to register due to the TM over the word viagra? There are many sites on internet who are reseling viagra for web-pharmacies, and their domains contain the word viagra, though they dont have a written consent from the pfizer. Is this illegal then (in terms of trademark being abused)?
