How much of this represents legal costs (variable), and how much represents fixed fees?
Or worded another way, If a company has a lawyer on staff, what are the out-of-pocket costs to recover a domain?
Thanks!
If they have a lawyer on staff I would imagine it to be close to $1500. What other costs, besides postage, office supplies, etc would be incurred?

So $1500 represents filing fees, court fees, etc? Fees for a lawyer's time would be in addition to $1500?Originally Posted by Steen

Perfect - thanks. (although a little embarassing - it is rare that I'm not able to find information that is as well packaged as this).
