What happened to all the names Halvarez "won" ?

I know about the original, people vs snapnames lawsuit and the snapnames vs halvarez lawsuit and I think there is a oversee vs snapnames lawsuit.

but what happened to the domain names halvarez "won" ?
did he get too keep them?
    were they re-auctioned?
did he have to sell the domains to pay for his lawyer's fees and pay off the lawsuit?
    anyone know?

I am not sure how "Halvarez" is not in jail. What he did is not a civil matter, it is flat out criminal fraud.

Suprisingly how big this was, it seemed to be swept under the carpet with few domainers being ouraged.

I was not effected, but if I was I would be damn mad that nothing really happened hear.

Multiple frauds committed yet no criminal charges laid, go figure.

I am seeing many and I am familiar with many outright crimes being handled internally and not prosecuted due to making "bad press".

Usually, these incidents do involve theft - theft of goods, property, or money - and are huge amounts.

And actually, it is usually not until a civil suit is filed that some crafty court reporter picks up on the filing and runs with it.
