What if buyer never confirm domain transfer at escrow.com?

I have a transaction at escrow.com The domain has been transferred to buyer's account at godaddy but he used private registration to hide his identity. I have sent him many Emails to ask him to confirm the transfer at escrow.com but he never did it. What can I do now?

Re: What if buyer never confirm domain transfer at escrow.com?

I would be happy if for once someone scam YOU TOO Kendychen !

BTW I never understand, why people using escrow.com for domains, because both parties can be easily scamed - they "verify" the domain transfer only via whois. So - I can buy and change whois back to sellers name and claim, I never got the domain. Or seller can change whois to the buyer and claim, he alredy transfered the domain. Had been reported here on DNF many times, yet people still using this risky no-esrow.
