What's the worst that could happen ?

Hi all,
Let's say I have a TMed domain.

1. Whats the worst that can happen if the company who owns the TM will WIPO me ? Will they just take the domain away from me in case I didnt make any money of it (not even parking it - it won't even have DNS servers)?

2. Let's say I sold this domain to someone. Can the company come after me and take the money I made from the sale or will they just go after the current owner ?

Thanks !

1) It is possible that instead of using WIPO they can sue you (I believe).

Yes, when they go through WIPO/USRP, it's NOT the worst. Just for your information, some trademark owners do NOT waste time on that but bring you straight to the court without warning; and the first thing you get will be a court summons, not even a cease and desist letter.

Has anyone here had real experience with this type of response? What can one do if hit with a court summons?
