Question Will a "For Sale" link on the ppc parking page be bad

Do you recommend putting the "For Sale" link on our domain parking pages?

Is it bad for UDRP?

Or, is the increased potential for sale worth the risk?

90 percent of domainers don't realize that most of the people in the world don't know how to look up Whois. As a general rule you should put the link up. You likely won't lose a name in UDRP because of that link because if you have a right to the name anyway, then you have a right to sell it.

Before anyone can answer this, we must first ask if this is a TM name or not?

If it is a TM, then having the PPC parking page is already bad faith in itself. You are making money off of a TMed name and not establishing interest in the domain.

If it is not a TM, then put the link on there.

These are the simple answers to the specific question asked.... it can get more complicated with all the "what ifs" that can come up....
