Re: Wipo case between Vanilla Ltd and Hachette

Actually, it said that the domains were ordered cancelled, not transferred.

It'll be funny if the names get re-registered after they drop, and the complainant has to go through it all over again....

Your correct, the most funniest thing is that I found the case interesting coz of this and it seems that I am too much used when writing about a wipo to the word "transferred". What a brainwash

Description updated.

Re: Wipo case between Vanilla Ltd and Hachette

I will guarantee that ALL of the domains will be registered by the data mining registrars
after they drop.

However, if they don't generate any traffic within 5 days, they will be "released".

Let us know when they drop so we can generate some traffic.

Re: Wipo case between Vanilla Ltd and Hachette

cancelled domains -- that's effective .. hmm.. is the real translation.. let's let these go and see if someone else gets them and then we might be able to squeeze more cash for future arbitration fees on these names? seems like an odd move in any case...
