I would say probably yes if you use your domain for video sharing.

well, its not for video at all- its for tv- which is what tube was a generic for any, right? like, we have always called the tv the tube or he boobtube, right?
i had regged a name- nothing great by any means- but with the coming of reg tv programs to cell phones with verizon, and i am sure it will become more mainstream i guess. when my MobileNet.tv got some inquiries yesterday (thats how i found out about verizon) i wanted a mobi name for tv use- you know what i mean. since user will be able to do tv on their cell, i regged doTUBE.mobi- will i be in trouble?

Nothing prevents youtube from suing you regardless of what we think. You may win in court but you will go broke doing it.
