    ZIDDIO : how do I find if there is a Trademark on the name?

    Hi, I have some good Ziddio domains, how do I find if there is a TM in the US and Worldwide by Comcast ?

    One of the better ways to know if it is a TM is to ask yourself... Am I registering this because it makes me think of a product/service/name? If it is yes, then it is more than likely a TM. You should also Google (tm) the term and see what comes up.... and yes, they have a TM on the name, but you knew that already.
