When I sold it on Sedo it was sold to a person in Spain. Care to explain why you'd say you bought it on Sedo?

That does my friend, whose domain I am selling.
But, before buying, if buyers want, he can check everything: whois email, will provide sceenshot from sedo (sedo email) where he bought it.

I would think that once caught selling stolen domains, the wise thing would be to dump your old account and come on the forum in a new persona.

But...

on another issue, I too had problems with the conflicting story:

It was bought on sedo.com
Now I need money, so want to sell.

That does my friend, whose domain I am selling.

Now, I need money as well. And I want to sell sex.com. Problem is, I don't own it.

So, Crimea...do you need the money or does your friend need the money or do you need your friend's money?
