Country: | Yes. It looks like this started around midday Saturday, as I have 0 visits recorded for Sunday and only half the normal visits recorded for Saturday. I hope they fix it soon, and it would have been good if they had given us news of this as soon as they realised. (I assume they realised before we did?) |

| Gold Lifetime Member | This is an ongoing problem that occurs on a regular basis. I don't think that TrafficZ grasps that this is an exclusively customer service program between Yahoo & TrafficZ & Us. It is supposed to be a mutually beneficial service, but information is anything but. Information is an important part of this partnership and TrafficZ should realize this, accept this and treat its partners accordingly. I am becoming particularly discouraged with them in this regard. How do you all feel about this? Do other parking services do a better customer service job? |
