They are still accepting accounts.Its all about the quality of the traffic.

for that ... as such say around it should get some around 10-100 us visitors or something like that

Thank you for your post. TrafficZ accepts all applications that are received, U.S. applications as well as any international applications. Accounts are approved based on the quality of the applicant's portfolio. We currently require that all our clients have a minimum of 100 domains. However holding 100 domains does not guarantee a TrafficZ account.
