Anyone know of a script to make a site that gives away free blogs?

I have Journalers.com and I was thinking of making it a "cute" free blog site.

I believe there is an addon for Wordpress to accomplish this. From what I have read it is unsupported though and the installation takes a bit of work. Visit the Wordpress site and I believe it is available to download from there. I can not remember the name offhand.
