By popular request wehave now started making IDN templates.

The first two languages done are greek and russian.

They look good. Another language receiving good traffic is Thai -- any chance you can develop a template for that?

Adam, the Greek template content can be described as ...robotic speech. I wonder, was it translated by some automated software? I hate to say it, but it's not usable (as content).

Was done by cs-admin who speaks greek, I will ask her about it Monday.

I am sure her greek is not as good as yours.

Awesome great minds think alike , i picked up IDNtemplates.com about three weeks prior to your date, i was in the proccess of devloping it myself... One of my business partners warned me to get the singular.

Re: the Greek template; I clicked on "automobiles" and the content is about "The Cars" - the music group.

Agree with Acroplex; looks like a babelfish translation.

Love the idea though.

I must be honest, the purpose of these sites is not to give perfect dialect but to present a site where visitors ion these languages ay be moreapt to recognize something and click an ad. Since we have tested 2 of these, both sites have increased click throughs on idn for me by over 400%.

I will however grab some help afte these beta tests are done next week to get them translated better by those of you that offerered

Adam I understand the intention, however as a native Greek speaker I can assure you that the overall content is "gibberish". Not sure how it was put together - the template is ok but the actual copy is below par. Let me know if you need pointers to actual Greek content.

We will have all the traffic we can handle when IE7 & Vista roll out , all this stuff is proactive measures so you wont be scrambling when it happens... It will be a nice christmas :santa:

The templates created were mainly for example purposes. The content may not be as relavent on these 2 templates as they were used merely as examples.

For languages of your own, you can also provide us with content to use as well as our tool is flexible and allows for this.

Over the next week or so, we will provide some templates that are more targeted towards the actual language and domain name.

Any suggestions for new ideas to be added are greatly appreciated.
