It works well in here, I have not noticed anything like that. Maybe it's your local ISP

Hi there Marly,
We haven't seen any particular lag in the system. Are you still experiencing problems on this or was it just a short-term thing? Our servers are located in Canada and it is a long way to Oz, but we have got a fair few customers there and haven't heard any reports.
Has it got slower? As in it was fine, say, yesterday and it's slow now?
Sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully we can sort it out if it hasn't sped up already.

No lag for me here, I have just moved into namedrive and the support is perfect!
I'm also in Oz... no problem here, ND's loading very fast.
NameDrive is never slow.
Cogito, ergo sum!
Never noticed any lag before.
Hmm. Seems OK. Marly? We are actually increasing our bandwidth yet again very soon aswasn't always the case and we don't want to be caught with our pants down...NameDrive is never slow.
Have a good weekend everyone.

Hi
Sorry I have'nt replied sooner.
HitPro what provider you're with? I'm with Optus
Its strange some days its Okay and then other days its real slow. Maybe because it has become so popular. I don't really mind if its a tad slower when you think of the great support and service.
But it seems to be okay as of now.
Thank for replying
Cheers
Marly

Eastern U.S. - Baltimore and Ocean City, Maryland. Using Comcast CableModem in both places. N/D is consistently fast. Usually noticeably faster that the "other" company I use.

I have been with Optus Cable for over 3 years now. The service has become really slower compared to when I first started with them. They were in the top five in the world a couple of years ago for the fastest internet speeds. I don't know about now. I stuck with them because of the TV, Phone and Internet Package. They are not cheap either.
Maybe it is time to shop around...
just checked a few namedrive domains, not resolving at all. anybody else having any problems?
thanks
Hi
I would like to know if anyone has optus cable in Australia with names parked at namedrive.
This is not good, its like slower than dialup when i'm on namedrive. I can't monitor my domains properly cause I dread going to ND, because it has become so freaking snail slow. (10+ seconds a click). Its just too time consuming when you have to monitor 1400 domains.
I am trying to figure out what is wrong, my isp or what?
Perhaps you could test it by proxing through a US server.
You can test your parked pages via https://www.megaproxy.com/freesurf/
Good Luck.
