ND Factory: Can't remove expired bids/negotiations

I cannot remove expired offers/negotiations. This blocks rebidding on a certain domain:

    Error
    #
You already have an offer pending on this domain.
For this particular domain the Status is 'Submitted' (although expired quite some time ago). Both the Offer Status and the Offer are flagged 'removed'.

There is another domain for which I cannot delete the expired offer/negotiations. That one has status 'Negotiation' and Offer Status and Offer are both 'removed'.

    Can this be fixed?

Re: ND Factory: Can't remove expired bids/negotiations

i have the same problems with namedrive. Plus from my experience, i have bought a few names with name drive's service based on the earnings they said they were earning only to find out that these names i bought earn nothing when i park them... so i got scammed from my favorite parking company.... which leaves a bad taste in my mouth since namedrive does nothing about this click fraud they advertise. They also do a terrible job connecting the buyer and seller in my honest opinion. Also on top of something, i have bought a domain which says i agreed to the sellers price only to have namedrive tell me that i didnt... But why does my screen say "sold"? you would think they would see what i see.... i think its just dumb and needs to be fixed like... today and not tommorow! again... this is just my opinion

I also have a domain for which negotiations have been completed a few weeks ago. My panel tells me 'sold' so I assume I have an agreement for this domain. However, I have not heard from ND or the seller until today. I have emailed ND about this but never got an answer.

    Hi Guys,

I'm sorry to hear that you've haven't had the best of luck with your experiences on our Park&Sell program.

Leo, your listing problems can be fixed immediately, please PM us and we'll get this sorted out.
As for not hearing from the seller of a domain that you purchased, as we don't charge any commission for a successful sale, we leave it up to the seller to contact the buyer and work out the details of payment and transfer. We usually ask for each party to contact us if they have not heard from the other party after one week, at which point we do our best to resolve the situation. NameDrive takes fake bids very seriously, and will take appropriate action when a sale is not successfully completed to the satisfaction of both parties.
We will soon have the option of an Escrow system available for those who wish to use our assistance from beginning to end.

Dreamant, we thoroughly check and then recheck the traffic for all domains listed on Park&Sell. If you've had any problem, please PM us and we'll get right on tracking down what happened.

Thanks for the reply Ed. I have sent you a PM with details about the expired bids I can't remove as well as the domain I agreed to buy but was never contacted about by the seller.
