Traffic origin - what is the 'other' traffic?

I was wondering what countries are included into the 'other' group of traffic origin. What also would be Europe? Just the European Union or also other countries, such as Croatia, Bulgaria or Russia? It would great to know the boundaries

Yes, I would also like to know the country allocation/distribution for the regions especially for the region other.

I suppose it's a fairly broad spectrum, but other is simply anything other than North / Latin America, Asia, Europe.
