FYI - Namedrive just banned all of my XBox names from parking - yet there are live websites with the term Xbox in the name.
Wonder if there will be some T&M pursuit and cease/desist orders from Microsoft.
However, I've been leaving the practice of obtaining T/M type of names.
Maybe its because of this news?:
