Thanks but this project pays $10,000 DNF. What you choose to do with the DNF is up to you, whether it be selling it for cash or using it to upgrade, or whatever.

No deadline decided yet ... I will pick someone who i feel best serves the needs of this project from there posted examples. The individual chosen will have ample time to complete the project. I would like quality unrushed work ... so it will be within reason.

Okay, sounds cool. So for the two banners, those would be for your site right? (E.G. they wouldn't be put on your site, you will give it to others if they want to advertise your website on their site). Do you want any banner spots on the template in case you ever did some affiliation program like Windows Casino or something?

Just curious and wanted to make sure,
