Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean.
The winner will lose DNF$200 for the domain, actually.
If you don't want to buy the domain at the price, just stay away from the entry.

Mabey u can just pick a random number as winner.. or do it with some other formula that gives everyone equal change and all depends on luck lol ..

Sorry, misread the formula completely. Thought it was "mod 421" not "421 mod 4". Should have been more attentive, I guess.

Interesting thing is if the contest receives over 421 entries, then entry 422 will ALWAYS win (assuming that I've got the math right second time around)!

Right.
However, a random number might be _unfair_ because you can choose any random number behind the wall.
Anyway, nobody can choose "entry number" so that I think it's still fair for everyone.
