Hello,
This auction is for 56 high quality website templates. These templates include some flash header templates, java animated templates and all of the templates comes with the original PSD files and FLA and SWF files for the templates with the flash header. All templates come with reseller rights. The auction winner will receive a URL to download templates from one of my sites.

Egtrix, you appear to have a templatemonster affiliate site at identitypackage.net. Is the example that you are selling above (1st URL - 'Real Estate') a re-hash of the template #2409 at identitypackage.net? Do you have resale rights on these templates? Please help me in my confusion... Thanks!

Thanks for your post. I have the resell rights for these original and full templates that were designed on 2003. As for Template Monster, they used to buy templates from designers with resell rights too but I don't know if they are doing this anymore or not. Yes my site IdentityPackage.net has an affiliate site for template monster, but I joined this affiliates program from only two month ago.
So these templates have no legal problems and they are fully legal. By the way, I have tons of stuff with resell rights as I work as a designer and I collected these stuff through years, I have templates that have been designed on 1997

Thanks for the reply. I'm still confused. The template #2409 at your Template Monster affiliate site clearly shows a template which you are selling here, with very slight modifications. Are you saying that Template Monster is out-of-date; has no copyright claim, and you are the owner of the rights for all these 56 templates you are offering? I am not doubting your word, but please provide clarification as to how you acquired resale rights. Why is the original template just slightly modified? Thanks again.

Thank you for your post and sorry for the delay but I had to eat with my family. As for the templates that look similar to other templates, that is very common in all templates websites, because templates designers buy Pics used in the templates from the same photographers and you can find this if you browse through Template Monster and then go to browse through Boxed Art or any other templates site, you'll find templates very similar although that these templates sites are not related or even located in the same place. If you wish that I give you a clear example with Pics, it's ok for me.
As for templates monster, I don't say that they don't have the resale rights, but they might have non exclusive resale rights like the one i have. The rights I have donates that I can sell, resell or use these templates like what ever I want to use them but it's non exclusive , which means that other people who own the resale rights have the same products and they are licensed too.
And yes template monster has some templates out of date and have been designed years ago, this is well known to any designer
The reseller rights I own, are in PDF format and I would make it easy by linking it here to the forum and let everybody see it, but I don't think this is appropriate as if somebody saves the file, will own the templates as the resell rights are entitled to the bearer and not a specific name.
