    Re: casuale.net for sale

mmkrulz, I am experiencing problems connecting internet past few days due to the repair of under sea cable (almost all of our country is facing this thing).

Anyways, I do not want to disapoint you but its a one word domain and as I said before that I would not sell the domain on a such a low price and clearly mentioned the bin price to DNF $1500 in my very first thread. I dont think I have any obligation to sell you my domain then.

According to the forum rules which I read before posting and they do not tell you anything besides limiting the maximum amount to DNF$ 10,000. If there is a certain "understood" format of selling domains I was not aware of that and may be adding that format to the forum policies would be a good idea for toddlers like me.

(I beleive that ignorance is not an excuse and will give the domian to you on the bid price if I am wrong)

    Thanks for bidding.

Dear Chodry, it is your domain, but you are incorrect in saying that you said you wouldnt sell the domain unless a BIN was reach. No where in the quoted post below does it say that a bin must be reached, But i will leave it upto you since it is a costly domain, not all members will let you go on this, so please clearly mention this when you do other sales here. Thank you very much.

    "casuale.net for sale
    Domian Name: casuale.net
(It is an actual dictionary word in Italian)

    BIN : f$1500

Please start bidding. Auction will end on 27th June, 11:00 pm (GMT 5+)"

    Re: casuale.net for sale

Chodhry, forum rules say that all sales are binding contracts which need to
be completed. If you want to set up a reserve price you need to do so in your
auction description before bidding starts. You cannot change the terms of the
auction after a bid has been placed. Please be aware of that so there won't
be any problems with your future sales. You should also read the forum rules,
which you find here: http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?t=77923 .
By the way, it's a nice move of mmkrulz to leave it up to you to decide whether
the transaction will be completed or not!

Thread is closed since bidding has ended and due to an issue in the terms of
    the auction.
