constructive critism
Imo the site should be some more user friendly , for example whil listing you can not select paypal for direct payment (you should arrange it on options before) etc and also it takes to much time it has to be simple not the way it is now (click next click next)

Agreed on the payment options. I saw nowhere to choose direct payment, just selected visa/mc/amex.
Also, It would appear there are no fees unless additional features (bold, featured, add'l category, etc) are chosen. Perhaps make it a bit more clear to the people listing, they may be scared off if they're not sure about fees.
