Yes ofcourse it is a free domain name and everyone knows it. What i mean to say is that i have registered this domain and if any one wants this domain, i will transfer it to his/her name. I am not selling this domain but will be transferring it.

My dear friend, it is a domain which you can delegate like a '.com' domain. You can set DNS servers and it will directly resolve to your hosted site anywhere. It is not like other forwarding services where you have to provide a url where this address will resolve to. It works like normal domain even upon the use of sub-domains as well as emails.
