    Yeah, that's what I found also. But the person selling the domain can create an account for you for free and place the domain into it.

    No, I did not need, I did insert all info but not credit card info then I pushed submit, it sayd some kind error, but if I went to login screen and inserted login info there was my account! So You really don`t need credit card ! And also what wyvern said isalso true!
