yep! Namecheap can pay by paypal , but the paypal account should add the cc / debit card. Otherwise, your order will not not be successful.

3. CLick "Credit Card & Payment Info"
4. PM me what is says there.

Don't waste your time if you do not have a cc / debit card and want to make the payment on GoDaddy via paypal .
If you do not trust me, just sent a e-mail to GoDaddy Support.
I have ask them before.

Don't waste your time if you do not have a cc / debit card and want to make the payment on GoDaddy via paypal .
If you do not trust me, just sent a e-mail to GoDaddy Support.
I have ask them before.

Or If you have ERROR : Enter PayPal account friendly identifier, then just before you press "submit", right on top, there is a blank where you need to write a name for this paypal account ID(or you can create new ID) so that next time when you want to use the same paypal account you won't have to go through the whole process again (going to paypal and agreeing to terms from GoDaddy.com etc...) I think the paypal account friendly identifier is a name for the future so that you can identify that account. As for credit card, you will need to enter it into your paypal account. Paypal has options that says it will debit from the paypal balance first, then whatever you have inputed in there, (bank account, credit card etc...) it will debit from there if your paypal balance is short. If you don't have a credit card or don't want to use one, you can use your bank debit card too.

but they are really slow!
it is kind of sucks for these days,
