The problem is :

How can I pay GoDaddy with Paypal option payment?
I have tried many times,....
It was always some errors...

What does it mean "PayPal account friendly identifier"?

and ... I have no idea for now...

Yeah, I was having trouble with paypal too. Then I just used credit card which is quick and easy. I think you have to some how setup paypal payment with credit card inside GoDaddy but not sure. Might want to e-mail customer support.

Yes, I know I can pay by CC!
But I am in EU, and every order is going to convert between Euros and US$!
Actually I have US Dollars in my bank account,
but the bank still converts US$ > Euros > US$ again...
I lost a lot from these FXXXING conversions!

The paypal friendly identifier is a field which you put "GoDaddy paypal" or something similar which will show up on your statement, it is also used as a quick way to select it next time you wish to pay with paypal and can choose it from a drop down box.

When you check out you should choose the "PayPal® Account" option and not the "PayPal® Account on file at GoDaddy.com", click both agreements at the bottom and it should take you through to your paypal pages / account when you click checkout

Once paypal is setup via godaddy you should then be able to choose "PayPal® Account on file at GoDaddy.com" the next time you want to pay via paypal.

Then that probably means it has not been setup as yet, so you need to go through the checkout process and when you click checkout it should take you through to your paypal pages for you to agree to their terms and conditions, once done it should return you back to the checkout so you they can process the payment. The "PayPal account friendly identifier" is just something for you to enter so you can see on your paypal account who you paid. It can say anything you want and you must put something in there.

You must Have credit card in order to make a order in GoDaddy!

If you Do not have a credit card and want to use the account balance to buy a domain

I suggest you to use dynadot , their sevice is quiet good!

I once had a similar problem and sorry to say you can't pay using Paypal not backed with a CC at GoDaddy. I made numerous calls both to Godaddy and Paypal to solve the matter but couldn't solve anything. Godaddy wants "back up funds" according to what the customer support explained to me. Look for another registrar who accepts Paypal not backed by a CC.

This is impossible to make a purchase in GoDaddy with paypal balance if you do not add a cc in the paypal account. And you will find Some site similar to GoDaddy interface, like namecheap also cannot make a purchase without cc.

dynadot is an registrar (not reseller) that support Paypal without credit card, and it also have a great ranking in ｎamepro.

I suggested you to use dynadot, if your debit card / cc has not be approached and you want to reg some domain.

3. CLick "Credit Card & Payment Info"
