    maybe hes expecting it to have 20,000 members with 400 online before you pay that amount for a static banner.


    Im not worried, Ive been around the internet and Ive see numerous amount of people asking for banners on sites with 3,000 + uniques a day , and not looking to spend over 5 - 10 dollars a month. just a new phase i guess.
