1400 Quality Domain Names

That's why I'm here. I got the bug awhile back and bought up a bunch of them (mostly .com's). While I've been able to make a lot of them work very well, many of them are just sitting there waiting for me to find the time to develop them. I'm sure many of you can related to this. But some of them I'm going to sell.

So this year I made myself a promise that I was going to make this happen once and for all. I signed up here eons ago but am just now getting around to posting. I bought the medium package so I could get some appraisals and I would appreciate any help that you guys could offer.

A little about me: I'm a 35 year professional drummer and business owner. I have 2 online retail stores (drumbum.com and occupationgifts.com) and an online gift mall (giftys.com). We receive tens of thousands of visitors daily through a network of hundreds of websites online. I have an office/warehouse and around 7-12 employees depending on the time of year.

Hi Drumbum and welcome to the forum! You have some nice names...I like Giftys and DrumChat. Looks like copper helped point out the appraisal sections in your other thread. Are you looking to sell your domains, build more of the unused ones up, build out your network more with some more domains, or something else?

Thanks. I got in early and was able to get a lot of gems for free. Believe it or not, I didn't pay a dime for Giftys. Nobody thought of it and I just got lucky. I bought sites like DrumTips.com for no more than $400 years back. I bought Drumming.com for around $2300 I think it was (got a steal on that one!) and there are several others.

A little bit of all of that. Many I will be selling and others I will be building up even more. I'm still learning my way around the selling market I'm trying to go slow in the beginning so I don't make too many big mistakes. I think many of my sites can pull xxxx easily (did I do that right? I'm even new to the x's thing, lol) and a couple can pull xx,xxx (hey, this is fun!)

I'm still buying domains too. If any of you have some strong "gift" domains, I would be interested in taking a look.

I'm still going to be trying to read the threads as I can get to it but any quick tips on the best approach to selling in here?

monetize by development and monthly residual income

keywords control google, so if you have some, develop and lease

they guys buying your keyword terms will be happy to pay you monthly for what google sells by the click
