Although the other site only deals in IDN's, DNF has IDN forums. If DNF didn't provide forums related to IDN names it wouldn't be an issue. It is only three days (which I don't see he is banned anymore) so he learned not to spam.

Apologies for posting, I am sorry I thought it was a responese to PM. When you get as many messages as I do, it gets confusing.

To make it clear, I have no commercial interest in IDNFs, just the promotion of IDNs. I have done as much as I reasonably can to promote IDN here and have been partly instrumental in setting up the IDN areas on this forum, which I would like to continue to support.

It has to be said though that level of knowledge of IDN members is lamentably low, and the information on this form still very sparce. It would be a complete disservice to DNF members to leave them the impression that this is the richest resource on the internet. It would be my fervent hope that a few of you visit IDFs, learn a great deal more and then come to provide seminal information for the rest of the forum.

There is a awful lot going on with IDN and there is potentially a lot of money to be made. One of the reasons I was distracted yesterday was that I was actually in the middle of a 5 figure deal. Yes, and to confirm what one or two people had already guessed, I am the World's first professional IDNer. I am now actually making a living out of this. Not that I am the only one getting rich.

Re: For the ADMIN/MODS : petition to reward the user Rubber Duck

The issues resolved. I'm the only one that owns the other place. I know for many of the mods it's taboo to mention my site so I don't I can't control post my members though.
IDNs on DNF is new.. The other place was made 6 months ago because of the lack of interest on all domain sites with IDNs. Most members do want you guys who don't know to not buy bad names but DNF rules are set in many situations.

Nearly all the members at IDNFs are current members here. The way DNFs has to maintain its market leadership it to establish itself as the premier source of information for domainers on the internet. You cannot keep the members here by throwing barbed wire around the Forum.

Relevance means catering for the needs of those that wish to investigate frontier markets. Within 5 years IDN will constitute approaching 50% of all internet addresses, but will in that period account for more than 80% of the expansion. Anyone who feels they can ignore this market without at least cursory investigation is either a fool or very rich already.

And so it was proclaimed:
For all his good deeds Mr Rubber Duck should be awarded Mrs Rubber Duck of his choosing
