Going to the IDN Conversion site at:
    http://mct.verisign-grs.com/index.shtml
(Punycode to Native Chars): Korean: 아름다운세상안경.com
Using Googles Translation, means: Knock-down world eye-glasses

    xn--on3b91qjsaio.com
    Also Korean: 좋은*보.com
    Google Translates to: Good information

I wouldn't think so, however the translations might be different to native speakers, so I'm not really sure.

BTW, just a while ago FULL IDNs (IDN.IDN) have gone live in the ".test" extensions.

    Japanese Example: 例え.テスト
    (or in Punycode: xn--r8jz45g.xn--zckzah)

Easiest direct way is to just enter the punycode (xn--etc.) in the search bar at domainsite.com. That will translate the punicode to unicode (native script). Copy that so you can paste it into below application:

To translate most major languages for free try systranet.com, or google.com/translate, babelfish.com etc. You do need to indicate the language option, so helpful to be able to recognize scripts. You can always put it in google and check for .jp sites (Japan), .cn (China), .hk (Hong Kong), .kr (Korea) etc. figure out the langugage script, then do the translation.

Another place for free conversion of punycode to unicode is idntools.net.
For other services there you have to join, but it is free to register.
