How to backorder IDN names?
Try to reg some IDN names once they became available,but it seems some one have tools to catch them.
Is there any one know where I can buy a tools to catch IDN names?

As with latin domains, good names (there are seldom more than two or three good ones a day) are sought after by many so the chances of getting them is lower.
Even if tools are available, you can be sure that a few dozen people (lower end of estimate) would be using that same tool, so you will be back to square one.

Maybe you could try getting one of those scripts that work with enom and plug in the punycode. Not sure if that works/still works though or who if anyone is selling them.
