    dotster.com not emailing me the Transfer code

    I have one domain with dotster.com and they are not emailing me my Transfer code.

    When I request support the answer is not even relavent.

    Authorization codes are sent to the owner of the domain via email.

    What is this mean?
    Are they saying I have issues getting the info or Are they going to email me?

    I've had the same problem with them in the past even with my spam filter disabled.
    Sometimes you receive their mails sometimes you don't.

    Not a good place to keep your domains.

    Retrieve the EPP codes for all domains left there while it works

    Same problem here. Support not helpful. If you are unfortunate to have a name with Dotster would definately not leave the transfer out until the last minute.

    UPDATE - 2 YEARS LATER: Today it's impossible getting the Auth Code of any domain, we changed admin email too but the issue isn't from our side.
    It's a good registrar but these troubles will soon force us to look for a diff. registrar ...

    It was also impossible for me to transfer two domains that had been with Dotster longer than 60 days.

    At the moment nobody can get auth codes at Dotster, the issue is interesting their whole system, we opened a ticket hoping they'll fix the problem asap.

    A month ago I was able to submit a ticket and get the codes, but the transfer never did go through.

    No reason given. This time not a huge deal as buyer was able to create an account at Dotster. Next time it might be worth trying to do more about it.
