Is still possible opening new free accounts at Dotster ?

Is still possible opening a new free Dotster/Domain.com account without the need to sign up for an Hosting package or to register a domain ?
To be more specific, every time we sell a domain, how may we open a new account here at Domain.com for our users ?

    See below what I mean:

If I try to open either a Dotster/Domain or MyDomain account, I'm asked to pick up an hosting package while my only purpose would be to get a free account where moving sold domains to transfer to our buyers:

Th's what we get after having clicked "Don't have an account?" Sign up now:

    Dotster:
    http://www.dotster.com/dotster/hosting/

    MyDomain:
    http://www.mydomain.com/mydomaincom/hosting/

    Domain:
    http://www.domain.com/domaincom/hosting/

What's the link to open new free accounts then ?

This's my general feedback about Dotster: we're happy customers, it's our favorite registrar since 6 years with a nice and user friendly cpanel, extremely easy bulk domain management
    but ...
unfortunately, we're totally unhappy with their poor customercare service, we get a reply to our tickets only after few days and, usually, if we add a second comment to the same ticket after their first reply, we don't get a second reply.
When my partner call them to try fixing a problem, he must usually wait for 20/25 mins before getting a reply for the issue in object ...

If now there's no more way to apply for new free accounts where moving the sold domains, our business will get a big loss and we'll risk to lose also many of our new customers who don't own yet a Dotster account so we might be soon forced to look for a new registrar where moving our portfolio.

UPDATE: Someone has just sent me this new link from where opening accounts, I'm making it public because surely useful to other users too : https://secure0.dotster.com/order/usc/login.php
Problem solved ... at least for this time

How to open free Dotster or Domain.com account

Now that Dotster, Domain.com, 000domains.com and others
are owned by EIG, the emphasis is on Hosting services.
Now in order to open a new account, you have to sign
up for a hosting plan or buy a domain. However, I am
told you can call them and they'll set it up for you
without purchase required. However if you want to do
it online, this is how to do it:

    1. Go to www.Domain.com or www.Dotster.com and
click on "Account Login" at the top, and then
"Sign up now" on the following page.

    2. Select a hosting plan (any one, you're going
to remove it anyways) and then on the popup say
"No" to "Are you already a customer".

    3. Fill in a domain to register. You aren't going
to register this domain, but creatively think of
something available because your account name will be this
domain name. For instance, type in Juliesnames.com
and then click "Search" (your account will be called
    "Juliesnamescom" for the username).

    4. Uncheck privacy and click "Add to cart" on the
    next page.

    5. On the popup, click "Create New"

    6. Click continue

    7. Click on the trash can next to the hosting plan,
the domain name, and domain privacy. Now it
should just say "Free domain services". Fill in
your name, address, phone, and click "credit card"
and enter a credit card number. I just use a
Visa prepaid card with nothing on it. You won't be
charged anyway because once you get in your account
you are going to make this account a parking account.

    8. You will be sent the email containing the link
to set the password. Set your password. Write
your account name and password down.

    9. Log in your account and click on the Home icon
at the top left, and go down to Account Information
and click on the "Account Renewal" icon. On this
page, select the radio button in the middle which
is to downgrade to the parking account. This is assuming
you are not getting hosting. This way you won't be
    charged.

Thanks for your detailed and useful explanation but this was an old thread (unfortunately).

We're now having serious troubles with Doster, reason for whom we opened this new thread, hoping to get some useful advices:
