I must of sent 5 support tickets through NW/RD last month and got NO response, except for the reciepts of my support tickets. I thought maybe they optimized my domains like I asked them to, wrong. or maybe they created the templates I requested, wrong again.

I've been with them for nearly 2 years now, support has been fairly good up to this point, has anyone contacted there support lately?..Thanks!

I earn $300 there , then my account suddenly disappear , they simply display that my username and password is not fix , but I use roboform to save my user/pass ! And when I write them , they told me they cant find my username in their database !
I suggest you move all of your domains to others paid parking program . Any is better than RD

RadierGirl was private messaged in regards to her emails not making it to our support reps. Therefore, there was no post posted on the forum.

Also, when a customer violates our terms of service the customer is notified and the account is disabled https://api.revenuedirect.com/agreement.html
