Of course this is the new Turkish Lira, after all Italy now uses Euros, which you can offer as well but they are worth more than the US Dollar! But then again anyone keeping up to date would know this!

However please note this is not an auction, nor does the 'offeror' have the right to demand a contract. Please note that I also clearly state 'NEW' Turkish Lira, each new Turkish Lira is worth 1,000,000 old Turkish Lira! At this rate your 'offer' (please note not bid) works out at the following total.

He has even admitted it here that he is using 2 identities.

Yes of course this is 'mainly' a domainers forum, but end-users and brokers use this site as well, it was a broker who put me onto the forum. QED.
