simple 7 page website for sale - It is my best adsense earner.

It has been up for a few years - I have awstats info back to Jun 09 but the site has been up since 2006 (I have adsense stats going that far back).

Last month saw 1055 Unique visitors - mostly from Yahoo search results(616) google following second (158).

It has an unusually high CTR percentage, currently averaging over 16%

IT is a two word seperated by hyphen dot com, fairly strong keywords (currency related - not the one in my sig).

Im looking for some ballpark offers - will pm the domain upon seeing some.

Reason for selling? this economy sucks - I need some capital for another venture.
