Ok I fixed that. I am selling the URL. The software running the web site is open source, so all code is included. You would need to move the URL and code to your server.

To have it setup like I have it now you need DNS for subdomains for every area and a unique database for every area. The way I have it setup is fully functional, You can add properties and they show up immediately. This is not highest and best use but many services could be added on top of the current site.
