I registered this domain at namecheap on 8-21-2009.
The site has been averaging 13 unique visitors per day this month.
It had 394 unique visitors and made $19.88 in affiliate commissions in January. No revenue so far this month.
The site consists of a static home page, a few static keyword-targeted product pages and a blog -- http://www.buyuniquechecks.com/checks -- that is populated with affiliate datafeeds from Shareasale and the Google Affiliate Network for 4checks.com, deluxe.com and checksunlimited.com.
The site shows up high in Google search results for a number of powerful terms:

Those are only a few of the many keywords the site ranks high for. The blog is SEO-optimized and gets a lot of search traffic for specific check designs.
Other than getting a few backlinks, I have not done much to promote this site. Most of the traffic is search traffic.
The site is hosted on my Hostgator reseller account. I will give the successful buyer 2 months of free Hosting to allow time for switching to another host. After two months, hosting will cost $15 per month (yes, this is high -- I do not want to get into the hosting business.)
I will advise on changing affiliate links, etc. but it will be up to the buyer to do all of the work necessary to switch all of the links, transfer files, etc.
Free domain push to Namecheap. Buyer pays registration/transfer fees, if any, to any other registrar. Payment by Paypal. I will only sell to a buyer with a good reputation or convincing reason why I should trust her/him.

Received a $5.32 commission this morning, so my statement in the original post that February has no revenue is outdated.
I feel like I'm shouting into an empty barrel here. Anybody want to make an offer? Looking for low to mid $xxx's.
