This has been run as a service for managing ads to use when Google AdSense couldn't provide relevant ads. It was never really promoted, but there were about 100 users or so that brought on ads periodically. I made the announcement that the service would be shut down on April 15th and there is only a trickle of impressions now. The site is still currently online.
